1. How does the Cozy Glow work?
The Cosy Glow Pro uses light to gently heat the surface of your favourite candles. As the wax melts, it releases the fragrance that would normally evaporte when the candle is burned. But, with the Cozy Glow´s Dimming control, you can vary the amount of fragrance you´d like as well.
2. How safe is a candle warmer?
Since there is no open flame, or any combustion whatsoever, there is no fire risk. The heat generated by the lamp is mild and must be handled with care if there is still melted wax in the candle.
3. Does it produce as much scent as a normal candle?
Because of the larger surface area being melted, the Cosy Glow actually provides more aroma faster when compared with a traditional burning scented candle. As there are no toxic chemicals and soot being released to mask the aromatic oils, your favourite candles will last up to 3x longer.
4. Can the Cozy Glow fit any candle?
Candles up to 6" tall are recommended for the Cosy Glow Candle Warmer.
5. Does it have to be plugged or is it wireless?
The Cosy Glow Candle Warmer does need to be plugged in when it is in use.
6. Is the packaging safe enough so it wont arrive damaged?
